In addition to her substantial experience as a party advocate in arbitration and mediation proceedings, Ellen Lokker serves as a mediator and as an arbitrator of business disputes.
Ms. Lokker has arbitrated an array of franchise and other business disputes, including claims for trademark infringement, breach of contract, and business torts.
